Hi I’m Rachel.

I have a question for you.

Do you ever feel like your thoughts, feelings or habits are out of control?

Learn more about how I can support you gain control over your inner experiences and behaviours, feel confident within yourself and get to a place of contentment and inner peace.

I’m a registered Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist, helping you to manage stress and anxiety so you can be a more calm, present and involved partner, parent or colleague

If you are nervous, lack assertiveness, have low self-confidence, feel anxious, tense or are someone who struggles with unwanted habits, I’m here to help you

My focus is on helping you be more aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and learn coping strategies such as hypnosis, mindfulness and relaxation so that you feel more in control of your inner experience.

My integrative approach is brief and leads to realistic, sustainable changes.

I love to help people live a more authentic and relaxed life because I’m passionate about mental wellbeing myself.

Having incorporated many small, daily habits into my life such as meditation, mindfulness, gratitude practice, journaling and breathing exercises, I have been able to thrive and feel able to cope with whatever was going on around me.
